Our Medical Team

Dr Brons completed his medical training and worked at several hospitals before graduating in 1976 from Leiden University in the Netherlands. After this period he undertook his postgraduate GP training and gained a membership with the Royal Dutch College of General Practitioners in 1977. He started his own practice with his wife [also a GP] and worked full-time for thirty years in the surrounding area of Amsterdam.

His special interests are Sexual Health, Reproductive Medicine, Dermatology and improving web-based healthcare. For many years he was the chairman in his area of the Royal Dutch College of Health.

Dr Simon Smith qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1987. He completed his GP training in Guildford before joining his local NHS GP surgery in 1998. Dr Smith qualified for a fellowship with the Royal College of GP's in the spring of 2010. Within general practice, he is a GP trainer, passing on his experience and skills.

Dr Smith has many years medical experience within the media spotlight, appearing across most daytime TV channels on all aspects of medicine and the ways in which it can be made more efficient. He is happy to handle any enquiries you may have.

Noorie qualified with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Natal, Durban, South Africa in 2002. She then went on to work as a Nursing Sister for two years at a public hospital in South Africa before moving to the UK.

Since moving to the UK, Noorie has gained experience in online nursing support, Skype consultations and as a recent mother, paediatric issues.
